December calendar

the December calendar will be posted tomorrow, but for the rest of this week we will have 7am practice and no after school practice this week.

Chapter 1

I had a meeting with the girls today to recap, what I was referring to as "chapter 1" of our year. We sat together and talked about their favorite parts thus far and the seniors gave some advice to the underclassman. It seems like only yesterday we began football season but as it comes to end we pick up in a different direction and look towards basketball games and competition. As we start "chapter 2" I would like to personally thank all the Spurs, Managers, Guards & Parents for making things run so smoothly around here! Its hard to believe 2011 it just around the corner, ready or not here we go! & as the girls would say "Don't Stop!"

Playoff week #2

Weellll its half way gone but here's the update!

Thursday: morning practice as usual, afternoon band run thru 4:15-4:30, meet for Pep Rally in Team Sweats, Mesh Top and Silver Poms @ 5:15-6:00

Friday: morning practice @ 7:45am

After school, Booster club will provide 2 tacos for everyone (team, managers, guards) between 4-5, meet in ranks ready to go @ 4:45pm, load bus ASAP, 7:30 kick off @ TX ST, please remember to bring notes if your parents are taking Spurs home from TX ST

CONGRATULATIONS to our Spur of the Week, Casey, and our Spirit Girl, Kaylyn. Keep up the good work ladies!

Reminders :)

Thursday: Meet 7:00am, wear to school sweats w/ mesh top OR playoff t-shirt to school. Meet in ranks @ 5:00pm, booster club is providing Subway from 4-5.

OFFICERS/SOCIALS/SRS: perform @ 10:30 am for veterans day

Please turn in a note if you are riding home from the game with your parents.

Friday: Meet 8:30 but ready to continue learning POM, "A" lunch girls need to wear yellow team shirt for Cross Country send off!!

Saturday: Dance-A-thon

Sunday: Marathon

Monday: Practice as normal

Tuesday: No morning practice b/c of english benchmark, Seniors report to school @ 11:30am

Everyone needs to be present these dates, do not plan on going to tutoring during the following morning practices:
