Friday Choreography Cancelled!

A conflict has come up and there will not be practice on Friday Oct. 12th.

Saturday Oct. 13th Change!!

I apologize for the last minute changes to our choreography dates but something has come up for the choreographer so we have adjusted: WE WILL NOW PRACTICE FRIDAY OCT.12th 4:30-7:00 instead of Saturday Oct. 13th. Please notify me in writing if this will create a conflict and you will be absent. We will be finishing the contest kick so any choreography missed will need to be made up ASAP.
(no practice Friday morning Oct. 12th) 

This does free up your Saturday but we still have the Ranger Rush 5k Fundraiser Bright and Early Sunday morning. We are trying to exceed our 150 runners/walkers that we had last year so continue to spread the word registration is still open!!

Jubilee Parade Winners

Meeting Spot for Jubilee

10:15 by the fire station & senior center
*From 281 southbound, exit 1863 and take a right continue until you get to the Jubilee- you can't miss it, arrive by 10:00 to park and walk to our meeting spot and please bring your release forms! 

CHOREOGRAPHY DATE CHANGE!!!!
WE will practice Friday Oct. 5th from 4:30-7:00, instead of Saturday Oct. 6th

Game Week #2

Wednesday: Normal Day 7:00am pracitce (remember to plan for sister gifts, band gifts, etc..)
Thursday: Band Pracitce 7:00am & after school till 5:30 
Friday: 7:00am, wear Cardigan to school, meet after school in ranks @ 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:15am meet in downtown Bulverde in full field uniform with POMs to march in the parade- Bring a lunch or money for lunch & "Wild" Spurs shirt with jeans, capris or appropriate shorts to change in to for our volunteership at the Jubilee till 4:00 or 4:30pm

Week 1

Wed: Navy pracitce outfit
Thursday: Coral Top & Capris
Friday: free day for this week 
FRIDAY- we will meet in Ranks dressed and ready to go @ 5:15pm, if the girls are riding home from Farris Stadium with their parents I need a written permission form by Thursday. 
*A handful of girls still owe for a few items, please make sure all payments are up to date. Most recently collected was $131 to SVHS for technique classes starting next Tuesday and tees/tanks. 
NEXT will be $90 to SVHS for Team Warm-ups due next week for new members and returners that need replacements. 
* WEEKEND DATES TO BE PREPARED FOR:
Sept. 15th- Bulverde Jubilee Parade and Volunteers
Oct. 6th- Choreography-half day/am
Oct. 13th- Choreography-half day/am
Oct. 14th- Ranger Rush Fundraiser 6:00am- 10:30am

Returning girls please make sure your little sister has a hat on stand by, incase they don't make it by UPS Tuesday....we can't wait any longer for the picture! Sorry for all the confusion- fingers crossed this day happens :)

TEAM & INDIVIDUAL pictures will be Aug. 8th @ 8:00am in Vintage Oak
*This is assuming that the new pieces of the field uniform will be delivered by Tuesday. 
*Not everyone is getting brand new overlay-it depended on the measurements- so if you receive one form last year and need to wash it I have found the best way is to put it inside out, in a white pillow case, on the hand wash/delicate cycle in cold water in light detergent. I also put spot cleaner on some.....
-then HANG Dry
*The Overlay, belt, skirt, gantlets, & sleeves are purchased by the school and borrowed for the year.

JULY 25th payment UPDATE

Summer is flying by! 
On our first day back July 25th payment for practice tank and team shirts is due! 
Please have a check to SVHS for $46 
& 
the $85 for our technique classes Sept.- Dec. 
It can be one check and to clarify it's $85 total for the classes not $85 a month.

I am only missing a few payments but I cannot place the teams supply orders until I have everyones. If you still need to make a payment please mail it to my home address & I will take to school to deposit.

end of the year reminders

1) Costumes are due & the girls need to be cleaning and taking care of the field uniform- several were turned in poor condition. Please handwash the overlays, glue down tips of stars
2) Payments are due ASAP 1)team camp (only missing a couple), 2) cardigan 3) short & top set 4) bloomers, shirt, scarf
3) Lockers need to be cleaned out AND off by May 23rd

FrIdAy May 11

Plese bring all costumes to turn in during class on Friday May 11th. They need to be cleaned and in good condition. 
If you are not returning you also need to bring your field uniform (put in a plastic bag with your name on the outside) 
*New Team: needs to get sized and pay for additional practice outfit, purchase any extra bloomers/undershirt & pay for cardigan if you have not done so....

NEW TEAM ADDITIONAL ORDER

I AM SO SORRY TO ADD THIS LAST MINUTE but, I finally settled on a 4th practice outfit and I would like to have it in time for camp. So please add $50 to the payment due by May 24th to SVHS.It will navy hot shorts with a matching top & embroidery. We also be able to use it as a performance outfit for pep rallies, etc...
